Care instructions
In general, stainless steel does not rust, but if it is used or maintained improperly, or in a harsh environment, it will rust or tarnish! Remember this is not 14K gold and everyone’s skin is different :). We recommend not wearing during exercising, or wearing in the ocean and it may also react with lotions and perfumes. For best tips on cleaning, there are several great articles when you google “how to clean stainless steel”
What if my package arrives damaged?
unfortunately damage in transit does sometimes happen – Regrettably we are not able to file a claim for you if your package arrives damaged due to the post office transit – once we hand your item over to the shipping carrier it is their responsibility to deliver the item. We do provide up to $100 insurance with our USPS Ground and Priority shipping. Do NOT throw away the damaged items or packaging as USPS often requires the damaged box, packaging and damaged items to be presented to the Post Office for inspection – for more information about claims please see . http://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm.

Items may be returned for a store credit if returned within 5 days of purchase in unworn condition. Please double check sizing prior to ordering and ask any questions as custom items are not returnable as it is handmade. Of course we will always work with you if there is a problem with your order.
